How to take your measurements Description: Your little guy will be a strong sailor when he wears this Popeye toddler costume. This toddler costume includes a shirt, color, pants, belt, white sailor hat, and muscle arms. The shirt is black with blue decoration on the sleeves. There is a Velcro piece on the front of the shirt where the collar attaches. The back of the shirt features a Velcro closure for easy on and off. The collar is red with black decorative detailing on it. The collar is round in the front and forms a rectangle in the back. The pants are blue and feature an elastic waist band. The muscle arms are skin color and have a black anchor on each side. The arms have an elastic band to assist in sliding on. The arms go on the arms with anchor facing up.
