How to take your measurements Description: This sexy sailor costume is perfect for Halloween, a theme party or anytime. It comes complete with a blue, off-the-shoulder dress that zips in the back for closure. It has long sleeves and is made from a polyester and spandex blend. The top, bottom and sleeves are trimmed in white and the anchor appliques are at the top. A large heart with two anchors are fastened on the right hip as well as on the back. The included white scarf ties around the neck and accents the dress. Top the costume off with the white, sailor hat that has an anchor and heart appliques on the front.
